Working with other team members, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing an upcoming 10,000 ton bulk sample to be collected from the prospective U2 kimberlite. 

The successful candidate you will have solid experience managing projects in remote areas and challenging environments.  Ideally you will have a geological background with some experience in kimberlite exploration.  Any past experience with large diameter reverse circulation drilling and/or dense media separation diamond recovery plants will be an asset. 

The position will involve time spent at the project location in the lowlands ofOntario.

Working with other team members, you will be responsible for data base management, compiling and presenting exploration data, geological modeling and preparation of drawings, reports and presentations for project geologists and management.

The successful candidate you will have solid experience with computer applications in mineral exploration. He/she will be familiar with popular software packages utilized in the industry, including Microsoft Office, Corel Draw, Adobe, AutoCAD,  Geosoft, Map Info and or a comparable GIS package. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Gemcom.
